		<description>One way I stay healthy is to realize my limitations (I have lupus and must be careful to not overdo it!) I have reprioritized my list of chores and duties and try to take a nap at mid-day. I stop before I get exhausted.

I also make sure to eat organic foods, drink clean water, and exercise daily for circulation and energy. We also change the air filters in our house when the seasons change, so we aren&#039;t breathing through dirty air filters all year!

I&#039;ve changed all the personal toiletries and cleaning products to non-chemical, natural alternatives, because I get a skin rash, fevers or nauseous if I come into contact with heavy pollutants, chemicals or toxins.</description>

First of all, know what you want. Then don&#039;t wait for a strong urge to do whatever it will take to get you that healthier lifestyle. Do not procrastinate.

Don&#039;t set yourself up for failure. Take baby steps when trying to make any lifestyle change. Go easy on yourself. You&#039;re only human.

Also, whatever it is you want to do, exercise maybe. It helps to do that first thing in your day, get it out of the way. Look at your change not as a chore but a really good and wonderful thing you are doing for yourself.
